About Ledgerloom

A studio for the hard parts between systems.

Ledgerloom Integration Studio is an Italy-based international delivery partner helping financial organisations turn fragmented systems into reliable customer and operations platforms.

Why Ledgerloom exists

Financial services run on relationships between systems.

A customer journey can touch a mobile app, identity provider, core banking platform, payment rail, ledger, risk service and support team before it feels complete. When those connections are treated as incidental plumbing, people inherit the gaps.

We formed Ledgerloom around that reality. Based in Naples and working internationally, we bring product thinking, engineering and operational context into the same room. We help banks, payment businesses, lenders, treasury teams, insurers and fintech scale-ups make the whole service more coherent—not just ship another disconnected feature.

Our work leaves behind more than code: agreed interfaces, decision records, test evidence and a team equipped to run what has been built.

Principles in practice

How we choose to work.

These principles shape our decisions when systems, incentives and delivery pressures meet.

Clarity over theatre

We make assumptions, dependencies and trade-offs visible. A useful diagram or hard question matters more than a polished status meeting.

Responsible delivery

We consider operational impact, access, recovery and the people who will support a service after launch. Risk decisions remain with the organisation accountable for them.

Documentation as a product

Interfaces, runbooks and decision records are part of the deliverable. They are written for the people who need to use and maintain them.

Long-term operational ownership

We plan the handover while building, then stay available where an agreed support relationship helps a platform evolve with confidence.

The people behind the practice

Six perspectives, one shared standard.

Our team brings product, payments, architecture, risk and enablement experience into the same delivery conversation.
